Reynolds Appraisal Services is a locally owned Real Estate Appraisal company located in Central Oregon. The company was formed by Mark Reynolds after many years of experience in appraising Central Oregon real estate.

Local experience - We do not appraise properties all over the Northwest, we appraise properties in Central Oregon. The Central Oregon area has a diverse range of properties - appraisers from outside of the area cannot fully understand the complexity of our local markets. By appraising in Central Oregon on a daily basis we are able to keep up with local markets and trends.
Reliability - We show up for appraisal inspections on time. We complete our appraisal reports on time. We answer questions and complete addendums in a timely manner.
Consistency - Consistency in appraisal reports is more important than many people understand. Underwriters review countless appraisals, if they come to know and trust the appraiser's work they can proceed with the loan process much faster than if they have to double-check the entire report.
