We are current with recent regulatory changes including form 1004MC, new photo requirements, and enhanced appraisal guidelines.
We will quote an accurate turn time and fee. When we quote you a fee and turn-time we will do our absolute best to meet or exceed our quotes. If we run into unexpected delays or added costs we will inform you immediately. We understand that your relationship with your client can be adversely affected by delays or last-minute changes.
We also understand that most lenders get their work from client referrals, returning clients, and Realtors. We provide you with a professional service so that you can continue to serve your clients in a way that allows them to recommend you to their friends and family.
Our appraisals are performed in conformance with USPAP and client guidelines with every attempt made to provide a professional report that underwriters will accept without conditions.
