Appraiser Ethics

To promote and preserve the public trust inherent in professional appraisal practice, we at Reynolds Appraisal Services observe the highest standards of professional ethics. 

We perform all of our appraisals in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice.  In addition, all of our appraisals comply with the Code of Professional Ethics & Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute.

We make every attempt to perform appraisal assignments with impartiality, objectivity, and independence, and without accommodation of personal interests. 

We do not accept the payment of undisclosed fees or commissions in connection with the procurement of appraisal assignments.

We do not accept appraisal assignments that are contingent on the reporting of a predetermined result, value, or conclusion.

We do not accept appraisal assignments in which we have a personal interest or bias toward the property or the parties involved.

The analysis, opinions, and conclusions stated in our appraisal reports are impartial and unbiased and are limited only by the reported assumptions and limiting conditions.
